Summary#
호스팅 서비스의 자동 배포와 CI 배포가 동시에 활성화되면 검증과 배포의 책임 경계가 흐려진다. 선택된 CI만 프로덕션 배포를 수행하도록 하고, 공급자별 실행 조건과 검증 단계를 명시하라.
Problem#
여러 CI 공급자와 Vercel의 Git 트리거가 함께 배포를 시작할 수 있어 중복 실행이나 검증을 거치지 않은 배포가 발생할 여지가 있었다.
Solution#

Failure Modes#
- 새 CI 경로를 만들고 기존 호스팅 자동 배포를 끄지 않음
- 공급자 라우팅을 적용하면서 PR 검증까지 누락함
