커널 진입 전 입력 검증

Summary#

잘못된 입력을 백엔드까지 전달하면 이해하기 어려운 오류가 나거나 메모리 손상으로 이어질 수 있다. 공개 API와 커널 경계에서 확인 가능한 축 범위와 텐서 형상을 먼저 검증하고, 사용자에게 의미 있는 오류를 반환한다.

Problem#

범위를 벗어난 axis가 백엔드 오류를 유발하고, CPU AvgPoolGrad의 잘못된 grad 형상은 출력 버퍼 밖 쓰기를 유발할 수 있다.

Solution#

정적 rank를 알 때는 연산을 만들기 전에 axis를 검사하고, 커널에서는 쓰기 전에 grad 형상을 예상 출력 형상과 대조한다.

Failure Modes#

rank를 알 수 없는데 정적 검사를 강제하는 경우
버퍼 쓰기 후에 형상을 검사하는 경우
