선언된 최소 의존성 버전에서 기능을 검증하기

Transformers에서는 torch 2.7을 허용하는 가용성 검사와 실제로 필요한 분산 체크포인팅 모듈의 제공 버전이 달라 모델 로딩이 실패했다. 기능 플래그는 대략적인 의존성 버전이 아니라 실제 사용 API의 도입 버전에 맞추고, 지원을 선언한 하한 버전에서 관련 경로를 테스트해야 한다.
