일시적으로 사라진 저장소의 자산 기록 보존

드라이브나 NAS가 시작 시점에 마운트되지 않았다는 이유만으로 기존 자산 기록을 삭제하면, 경로가 복구된 뒤에도 이름·태그·작업 연결을 되찾지 못할 수 있다. 스캔에서 경로가 보이지 않는 경우와 파일 삭제가 확인된 경우를 구분해 기록을 보존해야 한다.

Summary#

드라이브나 NAS가 시작 시점에 마운트되지 않았다는 이유만으로 기존 자산 기록을 삭제하면, 경로가 복구된 뒤에도 이름·태그·작업 연결을 되찾지 못할 수 있다. 스캔에서 경로가 보이지 않는 경우와 파일 삭제가 확인된 경우를 구분해 기록을 보존해야 한다.

Problem#

해싱을 사용하지 않는 자산 스캔에서 일시적으로 접근할 수 없는 폴더의 파일 기록이 영구 삭제됨.

Solution#

경로 접근 불가를 삭제의 증거로 취급하지 않고, 폴더가 다시 나타났을 때 기존 기록과 연결할 수 있도록 한다.

Failure Modes#

  • 마운트 지연
  • NAS 연결 끊김
  • 환경 변수 미설정으로 인한 경로 누락
  • 실행 중 출력 폴더 소실
